As Robert and Saul wrestle with changes in their house, Frankie gets a new cause. She goes to a strip mall restaurant with their helper and need to cross the street to get there. But one of those timed crossing lights runs out before they can make it across. What happens are her efforts to get some extra seconds added to the crossing light. It is really hilarious as she brings a group of older people to tip the scales as the light is evaluated.
