Really cool this time around
Penroze22 February 2022
Lots of cooler plot developments than in the past two episodes. New characters like the lawyer and new investigators are very entertaining. Also I really loved the cinematography in this episode compared to the rest of the series so far, lots of neat shots and visual tricks.

Another plot developing episode

Warning: Spoilers
The subplot of the courtroom feels somewhat comical, which is somewhat bad in this show but also somewhat good to release some of the tension.

Other than that, it's another plot developing episode, like Zodiac, so nothing really too good or too bad, but I liked the ending of pulling over the black guy just because he has the same truck. I would like more backstories on the characters though, and also the pool table scene where recurring characters exchange information on rapes feels really out of place.

Inacreditável (2019)

Series

1st Season

Episode Four - Episódio Quatro

It must have been the first time that a black man managed to be released by the police because he was black.

This Parrish talking only reinforces how this type of guy sees women and rape itself, in his empty head, what he does is not rape, his own colleague didn't even know that being forced to have sex was rape, that's why I am completely in favor of having sex education in all schools.

I don't think I commented but I think the actor who plays Duvall's husband is very similar to Hawkeye from Marvel.

Episode four of the first season of the Inacreditável Miniseries watched on May 2, 2024.

Awesome

Continuing my marathon and what a wonderful episode. The episode flows so well, super fast. The cynicism of Marie's adoptive mother seeing that she was wrong to doubt her. How disgusting this Parrish is, and knowing that there are people like that in this society and they get away with it. How wonderful that the boys you look after care about her and even take her to her car after the incident. Toni Collette seems like she was born to act as a veteran investigator, she is simply wonderful in this role. The entire interaction between the two investigators and even with the supporting investigators in emphasis on the lady remains very amusing, every time she says something, I laugh. It's incredible that apparently it wasn't just the investigators in Marie's case that were incompetent. Episode four watched on March 12, 2024.
