This was a well done episode. I enjoyed it very much. The direction during the last scene was amazing, the actors seem more comfortable in their roles, and while there is a slight unevenness in some of the characters (ahem, Miss Brook), overall this was very good episode and I found it quite enjoyable.

At the end where the building is lit by electricity. Beautifully directed and acted. What a delight to see the joy on peoples faces and wonder how it must have been like in real life. This show just keeps stepping up with its riveting drama and that musical score is incredible. Glad it's renewed!!!
Well Conceived

We have two issues here. It is about the pettiness of the principle characters and what they cling to while the rest of the world goes about its business. Of course, the whole business whether Edison really should get credit for the incandescent bulb is a side issue. It has more to do with the world changing by leaps and bounds while these two families still live in a feudal paradise. George Russell has also been served so cold accusations and we know how forgiving he is.

IT WAS THE FIRST SPECTACLE OF LIGHT, DAZZLING HISTORY AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE IT ILLUMINATED. ALTHOUGH SOME WOULD QUESTION WHETHER HISTORY WOULD BE TAKING US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION; EVEN OTHERS STILL WOULD DEFINE HISTORICAL CONTEXT FORESHADOWS THAT HISTORY IS THE VERY LIGHT TOWARDS DESTINY.
THEREFORE, NOT FORESEEING ANY IMPEDIMENTS, THIS LOVELY SERIES I HAVE PUT ON RATING EVERY EPISODE A PERFECT RATING OF TEN. MY HEADLIGHTS ARE ON AND THIS SHOW IS IN CRUISE CONTROL AND HEADED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
