Laugh for laugh this is probably the funniest episode of the season. They handle a very touchy subject deftly and hilariously. I loved Peggy's prim objection to Timmy's "activity" and complete obliviousness to her own version of the very same thing. I also especially enjoyed the big "misunderstanding" scene where Lawrence tries to talk to Timmy about his hobby and Timmy thinks they are discussing his puppet show. I also enjoyed getting deeper into Frank's character and his weirdness with girls. This episode switches things up and lets older brother Eddie play an advisory role in Frank's love life. And then there's the insanity of the toenail cutting scene. Just excellent.
