- Three different girls appear oily and topless throughout the film: Macy Nikole, Kody Evans, and Synthetika Lynn.
- Three different girls appear oily and topless at the end of the credits: Macy Nikole, Kody Evans, and Synthetika Lynn while two girls are topless in a bubble bath at the end of the credits: Raven Snow and Lady Ana-Eve.
- Several of the girls, especially the fighters and cage girls during the tournament, profusely sweat enough to cause an oily shine.
- Several instances of scantily-clad women, from bikinis to pasties to lingerie and several instances of leather and latex.
- In some scenes, especially those depicting Rachel as she wears a schoolgirl outfit, nipples can be seen protruding from the costume.
- There is a very brief sex scene between a man and a prostitute. The woman violently straddles the man and moans and groans the whole time, demanding the man "fuck her."
- Lots of sexual innuendo and language spoken and implied.
- There are several instances where girls are scantily dressed and dancing on a pole in actual strip clubs across the US.
- A topless girl straddles a snake while another topless girl plays with a ram skull.
- A girl kisses another girl on her head before she kills her.
- "Cage girls," or "Round Card/Ring Card girls," are often dressed in scantily-clad attire influenced by anime and covered in oil. Chelsi, for example, wears a string bikini with a spiked choker and cat ears necklace and appears in a fight scene.
Violence & Gore

- The entire premise of the film relies on excessive gore and violence as the premise are girls fighting to the death.
- Lots of strikes between the girls, from punches and knee in the stomach and face to tackling and throwing a girl into a cage by their head.
- A glass bottle is broken against another girl's mouth. The girl bleeds from her mouth, excessively.
- A girl wraps barb wire around another girl's mouth and pulls hard making the other girl spurt/gurgle blood from her throat and out her mouth.
- A girl punches through another girl's chest (implied) and rips out a still beating heart before she eats it like a savaged beast.
- A girl kisses a severed head with its eyes poked out before she tosses it like a bowling ball at another girl.
- A girl snaps another girl's neck violently, killing her.
- A girl rips her opponent's face against the cage, revealing blood and flesh.
- A girl viciously wraps a huge chain around two other girls' necks while they cry helplessly. She uses her foot as leverage on one of the girl's back .
- A girl hangs two girls by a thick logging chain as the dying girls spurt lots of blood from their mouths.
- Many of the girls spill lots of blood from their mouths when they are dead.
- There are several instances of girls soaked in blood.
- Very frequent, extreme and explicit violence and gore throughout the film. Approach with caution.
Profanity

- The word "Fuck" is used 162 times, or every 45 seconds while the word "bitch" is used 160 times, or every 45 seconds. Other profanity counts include "shit" at 35 times; "ass" at 34 times; "hell" at 15 times; "whore" at 13 times; "cunt" at 8 times; "god" at 8 times; "damn" at 5 times; "pussy" at 3 times, "lucifer" at 3 times; "slut" at one time; "christ" at one time. Interestingly, neither "skank" or "dick" were uttered throughout this film.
- This film officially sets a record for dropping the most instances of "Bitch" throughout a film.
- The round card literally reads "Kill the Bitch," which the cage girls carrying the sign shout excitedly when it's time for the loser to die.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Lindsey is assumed to be drinking beer before her fight.
- Some of the girls smoke, or ingest with edibles, marijuana throughout the film.
- One of the women talking smack clearly drinks from a Vodka bottle.
- During Rachel's "death scene," the title card reads that Russell Brown went out for milk, referencing the street name for cocaine.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Suggested MPAA Rating: R- for extreme violence, strong language and persuasive nudity
- There are several frightening scenes in this film.
- The fact that the girls choose to fight with no repercussions or second thoughts can be very frightening.
- The girls often treat each other brutally, with no respect for loss of life, enacting pain, emotions, humanity, or the art of war.
- The heart ripping scene can be very frightening.
- The hanging scenes are very intense especially when the killer continues to stalk her opponents as they die, even going as far to taunt an opponent while she struggles to breathe or licks her lips as she enjoys watching the girls die, smiling menacingly.
- A cage girl bullies another girl girl to the point she quits.
- The girls, especially cage girls, are very excited when it comes time for someone to die.
- The fact that females are actually uncaring and not nurturing and completely disregards social norms can be very frightening.
- Cheyenne Bellomy's nursery rhyme segment can be very creepy and frightening.
- Several of the woman appear younger than they are to give the film a heightened sense of terror and to reflect some truths throughout the modeling industry. This was done as an homage to "Neon Demon," which later influenced this film. Very few of the girls were as young as 18 or 19 as most of them were in their 20s and 30s.
- Miss Lass Shawty Bootay was 18 in her videos; Macy Nikole and Skull Candy were both 19; Strawberry Debutante and Cassi were 20, and Lois Minnis, Brianna, and Becca Chaney were over 21 in her segments and photos. In their respective photos, Chelsea was 19 in her fitness and fight set while Scarlett, known in the Ohio cosplay community as Odfel, was 18. Only in the TV-14 cut did Kelcey and his friend appear at different ages, the youngest being 14 during their wrestling segments.
- All the girls in the tournament are sociopaths and lack remorse for their actions. In fact, most enjoy hurting and ultimately killing their opponents.
- A girl stabs another girl in the head with a knife. There is blood splatter.
- A bodybag can be seen at times in the cage.
- A girl is knocked out and has a streak of blood running from her mouth.
- Blood pours onto the camera as a cheap thrill or gimmick, implying to soak the audience in blood.
- A psycho female clown appears to spider walk in one of the video segments which can be triggering for people afraid of clowns.
- Many of the cosplays can be frightening, especially the dead girls and demons.
- Cleavage and middrift show.
- Some of the girls have piercings in their lips, noses, eyebrows, naval, and even nipples.
- It is implied through dialogue that one girl has "weekend plans" with her opponent's man and is used to taunt and humiliate her defeated opponent.
- The Extended Cut is Rated TV-MA for crude sexual humor, pervasive explicit language, strong and suggestive sexuality including dialogue, nudity, and a sex scene, brutal sadistic horror graphic grisly bloody violence, torture, gore, and disturbing images and drug use with extreme intense wrestling action involving teens.
- The Theatrical Cut has been Rated TV-14 for intensely suggested dialogue, strong coarse language, intense sexual situations, and intense violence.
- There are several fight scenes depicting a man against a woman and in one instance a woman is tossed around like a ragdoll while in another one another younger woman is brutally taunted and mocked before being brutally murdered. These scenes may be triggering for victims of domestic abuse.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A girl does not give mercy to her opponent who just announces she is pregnant. In the Extended Cut, it is implied her baby is crushed when a man stomps on her chest. Although this is done offscreen using a red flash and sound effects, this scene can be very triggering and therefore very frightening.
- Several of the women pose with snakes wrapped around them, with ram skulls that signify Satantic rituals, and in several videos real weapons are used. In one video a girl comes inches away from chopping off her victim's hand with an axe.
