Not as bad as some reviewers have written.

From my experience, so many Australian attempts at sci fi, supernatural or horror suck badly. Not sure why this is the case, given the predominance of Australian actors in a lot of high quality international productions of the same genre.

I do agree that the story would have been better told over two seasons, as the third seemed like a contractual obligation for all concerned. Two seasons with an extra two episodes per season with the Elisha and William connection explored in more detail, would have been far more satisfying. Overall the acting was exceptional, given some of the content they had to deal with.

A great idea, reasonably executed, but done to "death" in season 3. Still worth a viewing.

Interesting and watchable

Season 3 should have followed through the existing characters more than introducing new. What I can never get over is Charlie always wears the same dirty clothes. That's stupid, and initially showing dirt from the grave for so long.

Would have liked more answers.

I Get It. I Don't Have to LIKE It, but I Get It...

Warning: Spoilers
HEAVY SPOILERS.

I understand where this was going (I confess to getting highly irritated when James was killed and became an agent of anti-chaos; it was getting a bit done to death. No pun intended)...and I understand that unless this was an alternate universe--I intend to write some fan fiction which is something I've never done until now--it could not work nor succeed on this path. It would be the same thing over and over, as explained at the very end. It would get dull quickly.

My heart ached most for Charlie and Kirstie. I wanted him to live happily ever after, I wanted her to go to Sweden and have the baby...again: Fan fiction, here I come.

People are ragging about Elisha. Sounds like there might be a prequel in the future, sounds like Elisha was all about the chaos as she remembered William from her past lives: Now THAT is a show I'd happily watch. A prequel to Elisha's story, and how they got there.

Very surprised that the christian community didn't go frothing at the mouth over the comparisons of William and Jesus, tho. I am irreverent and believe if that there is a god, there is a huge sense of humor involved...so I found it rather charming, personally.

Ok, I'm off. I loved this show, I loved all the characters...I do believe I am going back to S1E1 all over again. Right now.

It was ok!

Though there are tons of loose ends in this series which were left in the dust, I still enjoyed the ending. I was though disappointed by the unrequited fate of William and Elisha and the origin of the whole mess was left untouched.

How disappointing

Warning: Spoilers
Series three was not worth the wait! And now we will never find out who Elisha really was and why she brought William back- totally contradicted the end of epic Series 2! ( I guess another great show ruined by Star Wars as the actress left to do that just like the GOT creators gave up on their creation when they got to work on it) The two year wait ruined continuity as actors all aged and what made Glitch excellent before was missing, it took a very dark and pointless turn! I'm gutted! I was so excited about this show! And mainly to find out the connection between William and Elisha grrrr

Beautiful ending!

Warning: Spoilers
I don't understand the negative reviews this episode and also this whole third season gets. I loved the ending of this show. It was very emotional, very sad too. It's true that not all mysteries are cleared up in the end. But why would we need all the answers? Maybe we just don't know, or can understand everything that happened here. The third season was different from the first two, there were new characters and also it was more violent. But still I liked the story, it was very tense at times. And at the end, I felt like I had so say goodbye to some good friends. I really felt for Chris at the end, having to see them go and standing there all by himself! It was heartbraking! Well made show, I enjoyed every minute!

Born alone. Die alone.

Warning: Spoilers
It was really bad ending. There are lots of questions behind. Last season is totally waste of time. Where is the connection of Elisha and William. Or what is the purpose of meet the physics girl to William. Also, James said to Kate " You lived. All of you have second chances." What chances. They have boundaries, they have to hide... Also what kind of a connection or relationship between the comers. So bad. Than the rain comes and wash it all sins.

Thank you again!
Cragsidebarry5 December 2019
In my previous review of Glitch I said 'thank you' to the team for an ending which made the episodic journey worthwhile.

While at times the third season was a tad laboured, had some questionable moments, and left some questions unanswered, it held true and the finale was, in my view, totally fitting (though possibly even better without the last reveal).

Oh, and once again, hats off to the cast. Some stunning acting.

Thank you again!

Die already!
oicero-1631230 August 2020
First 2 seasons, it was awesome. Especially first season all the action, thrill and excitement. But the last season and especially last half hour of final episode; I was like "Kill me or die already!"

Great idea, good acting, poor writing
venerisdeus19 February 2022
1. Umbelivable errors in script, some events lack basic logics, seems that the targeted audience changed to children... 2. Wasted time watching season 3.

3. Some of the main actors are very good.

My advice is to watch the first 2 seasons, which are very good, and stop there. Please do that.

Terrible
dan-666102 September 2021
It was so bad I could not stop watching. I mean it was laughable and I am embarrassed for everyone who signed their name to this. I sure hope they ran out of money, were threatened with suits if they left, etc. Please don't tell me they tried here!
