La vie deviants sou (im sorry for this spelling but otherwise the computer wouldn't take my comment) is an excellent book but hard to read when your french isn't at it's best. its a story about Love, antagonisms between religions, fear and unconsciousness. the main character Momo describes his thoughts like no other 14 year old has ever done before!
I love how the relationship between the main characters develops and how they grow towards each other. i also like the fact that madame Lola is a transvestite. i really felt for Momo when he thought he had to sell the dog to give him a better life. Momo is a nice and brave kid and i really look up to him. he's very smart.
