I loved the first episode of this series, which was really funny and intriguing and unusual. But the surgical parts were over the top gory, and it was difficult to sit through. The next episode was even worse, so even though overall it's a very good series, I gave up at that point. But if you've got a stronger stomach for gore than I do, this is worth watching.
