This was an excellently written and superbly acted, feel-good Christmas movie. Hands down the best I've seen from Hallmark this Christmas season. No dumb misunderstanding, no bickering, no walking with empty cocoa cups - just a well written story. Too bad all Hallmark movies can't be this well done. The actors were well cast, and had lovely chemistry - all of them. I think i missed who the curator was in relation to the leads that he was in on the secret at the end. I'll have to watch it again to find out. I loved the cameos of the other Hallmark stars in the movie "remake" scene - two more of my favorites. I really enjoyed this movie and it will hopefully become an annual staple for Hallmark, as I would watch this again and again. Very few movies are straight-up, happy-ending Christmas movies - without cheesy conflicts or contrived misunderstandings, so I appreciate this for the refreshing gem that it is. I loved the period clothes, acting, and storyline - even loved the addition of the photographer who helps cover for her until she gets back. It all just added to the suspense and the anticipation of the ending. An ending that was not quite predictable. It was a true Christmas masterpiece. Bravo, Hallmark.
