It is a decent watch, but no way comes close to being a 9 rated movie. This movie has nothing matching up to good movies. The story is lack lustre, the acting is mediocre, the characters are half baked. Can't believe such an execution has such a high rating here. I guess IMDb ratings especially for Indian movies, seriously can't be trusted. But even among Indian movies, Anand(1971), which is a masterpiece has just an 8 rating, i don't know how this movie can get a better rating than Anand. Please watch it only for the rags to riches theme, which is always inspiring, but don't expect anything beyond the usual on any aspect of film making.
