So, I figured this would be the exciting episode, the previous episode seemed to build the story arc moving in that direction but, no. Not much of anything in this episode. I mean, yeah...Ludovica took a 'date' with a middle-aged average looking Dentist but there was no sex and instead she acted more like an escort. Chiara got a 'date' with an IT guy, young and good-looking but she was looking for a one-night stand to feel better about what was happening at home and a party where the girlfriend of the brother of her former best friend pushed her into the pool (the brother broke up with his girlfriend because of it.) Damiano is becoming closer friends with Fabio, even shows a protective quality toward him, and Damiano wants out of the drug dealing business. I was right about Ludovica's ex being into her and not just wanting to use her for prostitution when he beats up the guy who distributed the sex tape of him and Ludovica. While all those things seem exciting, it was all done in a very nonchalant manner that just didn't build enough tension for me to really care.
I hope the fifth episode isn't so blasé. It most likely will be which is sad because everything but the boredom factor isn't that bad. Just moves along in a very snail-like pace where I want to care but I just don't.
