Sex & Nudity

  • "Sex" is mentioned twice during the series, once as a lighthearted joke about "sex appeal" and again as a proposition, which is shown to be wrong and rejected by the main characters.
  • Several episodes discuss extramarital affairs, but these are handled delicately and nothing is shown beyond kissing. Overall, the dialogue is very tame. (Deleted. Personal opinions about suitable viewing ages are not appropriate for the Parents Guide.)

Violence & Gore

  • Violence is kept to a minimum, and although murder is frequently discussed, the victims are rarely shown. There is virtually no blood or gore, and most killings take place offscreen.

Profanity

  • H*** and D*** are used occasionally in moments of anger or frustration. I've counted around ten of them throughout the entire series, and most episodes have none.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Mike, Duke, and Nikki are often shown with alcoholic beverages, but none of them drink to excess.
  • None of the main characters smoke, but minor characters are occasionally seen with cigars.
