Mildly funny at times, the political stuff didn't bother me, but it just is not Family Guy quality by a long shot. Fart and bathroom humor almost never works.

New Family Guy has a running theme of horrific takes on big issues and this is both the latest and maybe the worst. The message of this episode is that police brutality and oppression towards African Americans isn't the issue when it comes to kneeling for the national anthem, the song being played at games at all is. Huh?
I was left stunned by the end of this episode. It was a normal, middling episode of New Family Guy that gave me one chuckle in 22 minutes up until the finish, but the conclusion is just mind-numbing. What a horrendous commentary on racial tensions in America. Absolutely terrible.

Are you hankering for some kneelin? Haven't had enough of the Kaeapernick fiasco these last several years? Well have some more with this episode of Family Guy thats as a "phresh" as an episode of The Weakest Link, right before a Paulie Shore staring vehicle with commercials in between for Jolt Cola.

I can't comment on this episode's take on social movements, because I turned it off after 5 minutes. The baseball jokes were written by someone who might have seen one game. The same awful chatter gag was repeated ad nauseam. It wasn't funny the first time. Meg getting traded to American Dad would be a promotion, not a demotion.

I mean really What happened to this show after the eight season? Sure some episode were great since then but they used to be one of the top comedies now they can't keep up with the newer stuff but they're old stuff could. I mean really changing the national anthem and showing Lois and peter both cheat separately in different jokes ? That wouldn't be in the old seasons. I wouldn't even say this season has been good, family guy and the Simpson's have gotten so bad that when they put out a decent episode it's treated like it's amazing

Sometimes in life you run into turds. This episode was a turd. A turd wrapped in the flag of faux activism. Usually Family Guy takes a two sided view of things but this episode was just about having a victim mentally.
