Truly, when I tell you I started this show four years ago as a joke. I didn't necessarily think it'd be a hate watch, but my expectations were low because I am in the generation of the original movie series. The last four years, they've provided more character arcs and development, more thoughtful and intentional writing, and more talent than most teen shows have in the last decade. Seriously when you think of great teen shows, you're most stuck in the 90s to 2010s, but HSMTMTS does the genre justice. The laughs the cries and THIS EPISODE IS PERFECT. The acting really shone through in this episode.

So I honestly don't care what anyone says or thinks by me saying this... but by the end of this episode when they are saying their "goodbyes" I dead ass had tears strolling down my face lol. From start to finish I really enjoyed the show, the characters, the setting and the overall story. Yeah this show isn't going to win any oscars but man if you are a fan of high school musical then you HAVE to watch this show and I promise getting to this episode will be all worth it in the end. I will say I hated that Olivia was taken from the show since her charm with Joshua Bassett and the rest of the original cast is what brought me in and kept me through the whole first season and beyond, although the way they handled that this season and adjusted was more than satisfactory. 10/10 for the last episode on the scale of a high school show on D+ but thats how it should be. I felt all the emotions by the end of it and im sad it's finally over.

This show has had its ups and downs but what a brilliant way to end the series . This was a whirlwind of emotions and anyone who loved the original HSM will absolutely love how this ended . The acting was wonderful, speeches were well written, the final song was wonderful and for once it ended on a happy note. They tied up all loose ends and finally showed all the characters in a mature and grown manor. There wasn't any unnecessary drama and Gina's speech actually might make you shed a tear or two. The character of ej was brilliantly played and showed him in a whole different light. Everyone in this season was at their best

What a brilliant way to end the show. I didn't expect it to end on such a HIGH NOTE. Every character had a great ending and they also fixed some of the previous season's issues. Had a satisfying built up on the couples like Gina and Ricky and Maddox and Ashlyn. It really is one of the best series finale out there. If you told me that this show would get like a million times better I would've told you were crazy like S2 wasn't the best and S3 was great.
It's like they got a brand new great writers because the character building was excellent. EJ got a perfect exit loved the way he was content and humble. Also the side characters this season were cute Mack and his gf was a fun addition. The original song at the end was really great I keep saying the word great because it really is.
Born to be Brave is an amazing show and I loved that the cast had the experience filming this. I would've loved to see Lily the blonde villain and Nini back even if it's a small cameo so it would really come full circle. It's out of character for Nini to miss her bff Kourtney opening night.

I usually don't react to episodes of a serie. But i have to say that the acting in the final episodes and especially this final was so real that miss Jenn can get an oscar or emmy for the way she is able to bring emotion to this show. I was sobbing through the episode. And there were a lot of good and clear messages not only about love but also pressure in the industry. The songs have improved and make it worth your while to watch the season. It did hope that zac, vanessa and ashley would also have paid a visit. But this was already nice to see. And i am happy that almost the whole cast of the series came together. It was perfect. Well done!

I love this show so much. I grew up with the HSM movies and still love them to this day, so I was super excited for this show but also a bit sceptical. Long story short I love the series and its the best high school show I ve ever seen. I really shipped Rini in the first season but the way the chemistry between Ricky and Gina developped is such a beautiful thing and they both deserve the happiness they have together. I m really going to miss this cast. Carlos and Seb + Ashlyn and Maddox are great. Love EJ and his song with Ricky. Hoped for I just wanna be with u but you cant have everything! Rickys last song and Ginas Speech had me in my feelings 😠One of my all time favorite shows all time.

This series finale felt like a reward for sticking around. I started watching this show jokingly, but was quickly reeled in when the first episode released. Watching these characters undergo so much growth during the last four seasons has been a pleasure. Seeing their growth come into a catharsis in the final episode was gut-wrenchingly beautiful. I am filled with so much love for this show and for the writer's and actor's dedication to this season and carrying out a flourishing ending. This episode was a brilliant, emotional, and joyful ending to a standout show. HSMTMTS is a must watch especially for the nostalgic ones yearning to relive the HSM world but in a fresh way. I had no idea how much this show impacted me - who would have thought?
